Configure
Use the online configurator to select your Fast Tent, upload your logo, choose colours and completely visualise your tent inside and out. If you need a bespoke design, no problem, get in touch!

Finalise
Add your tent and accessories to your basket and ‘checkout’. We e-mail you a quotation within 24 hours which includes costed world-wide delivery options.

Order
Sign and return your quotation by email or send us your own purchase order. We send an invoice for 50% deposit.

Visuals
Our designers begin to prepare dedicated drawings and colour visuals. We won’t start to build your tent until you have ‘signed off’ on them to indicate your approval.
5 -
Build
We begin to cut materials & manufacture your tent at our European factory. This part of the process typically takes 4-6 weeks.
6 -
Test
When the build of your tent is complete, we assemble and test your tent and send you images and video.
7 -
Final invoice
We issue a final invoice for the remaining 50% balance plus shipping charges.
8 -
Despatch
We package and arrange the shipping of your tent. Air beam structures have a compact storage volume.

Set up
Your Fast Tent arrives with everything you need to immediately start creating a controlled working environment. Set up is simple and our Operations Manual can be downloaded at any time.
